Christmas-New Year season $3600 per week for 1-4 guests

  • Additional guest nightly charge of $30 per person applies for groups over 4 guests

  • A service charge from $700 will be added to all reservations to cover cleaning, fresh linens, towels and a welcome basket to help get you started.

  • You are our only guests, unused rooms remain closed and vacant. You may choose which rooms you use amongst all the rooms in the villa and the guest house.
